Our Story

A Tradition of Quality & Giving

The Butcher's Pantry & Restaurant has served Solon since 2016. Under Brad Kozar's ownership since November 2024, it keeps getting better: a butcher shop, a restaurant and a catering kitchen under one roof, run by classically trained chefs with over 30 years of experience.

Everything is made from scratch. Our meats and poultry are Ohio farm to table, raised without antibiotics, grass and grain fed. Inspired by Paul Newman's brand of products, 100% of our profits go directly to charity.

Restaurant & Draft

From Texas-style barbecue to gourmet specials, every dish is crafted from scratch with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Beer, wine, and a fully stocked bar.

Butcher Shop

Locally sourced whole-animal butchering. Beef, pork, lamb, chicken, house-made sausage, ground beef, and bacon, all available by the pound.

Catering

Planning a special event? Let us handle the catering with the same dedication to quality and flavor you find in our restaurant. Custom menus for any occasion.
