We recommend for planning purposes 1/2 pound of meat per person and 1 and 1/2 cups of a side dish. We are happy to talk through details with you in person or over the phone. Please let us know if your event has additional needs and we are happy to accommodate the best we can. 

Catering orders do not include BBQ sauce, utensils or beverages but can be added to most orders when necessary.
